Can I return my order for a refund? 

Unfortunately, all our sales are final. Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before ordering. However, if your product breaks/tarnishes for any reason we do offer free replacements. Just contact us at: support@shopdiamora.com.

Can I exchange my product if I order the incorrect size? 

Yes! We provide exchanges on all purchases, in case you purchased the incorrect size or if you want to simply exchange your product for another one. Email us at support@shopdiamora.com and we will get back to you

Does your jewelry tarnish? 

No! All of our jewelry is 100% stainless steel and is safe to wear at all times. In the rare case that a product breaks, we will provide you with a replacement. If you are personally allergic to stainless steel, we are not responsible for anything that happens to the jewelry itself. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally, shipping is 10$ USD for all international orders and shipping usually takes anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive.
